We had a fantastic day at the Polk House. I was impressed with the students listening skills and the questions that they asked the docents. The students were even able to remember some of our science concepts from the last unit. They remembered that dark colors absorbs heat and light colors reflect it. They also remembered that another word for trading is bartering. It was great to see so many connections being made.
